There is something amazing about the Victorian trend.  The higher neck, and the touches of lace and ruffles add a more formal feminine look to the outfit.  I chose to counter this with distressed jeans, and some fun accessories.  The metallic gold shoes were a fun touch, as was the gold broach at the neck.

Box shaped bags are also a trend for 2016, and I love this perfume bottle inspired bag.  Concerned about rocking the clear clutch?  Just keep things simple, a fun wallet and lipstick are all you really need!
